Lisa Heck
Disability ERG Co-Lead at Best Buy
Lisa Heck is a Senior Product Manager at Best Buy and serves as the Communications Pillar Co-Lead for their disABILITIES ERG (DERG). She has been a member of the DERG Leadership team for over a year and enjoys meeting DERG members, hearing their stories, and advocating for inclusion for all. Lisa has several non-apparent chronic conditions that make everyday tasks more difficult. She intentionally shares her story with others so they don’t feel alone in the hope that her experiences may help others on their journey. In her free time, Lisa enjoys cheering on her children in their various activities and training to run races such as the Twin Cities 10-mile and half marathons.
Jodi West
Disability ERG Founder at Land O’ Lakes
Jodi West has worked at Land O’Lakes for over three decades, currently as a Business Analyst for Global Dairy Ingredients. In 2018, she co-founded Land O’Lakes’ DisAbility Awareness Employee Resource Group. Jodi’s passion for working with people with disabilities started with her son, Alex, who has cognitive disabilities. Jodi’s experiences advocating for her son — from ensuring his educational needs were met in the classroom to obtaining guardianship and securing employment — have driven her to become a fierce advocate. Outside of work, Jodi enjoys antiquing, reading, and spending time with her family.
