Research shows accommodating managers boost employee engagement by 71% and well-being by 63% (HBR). Yet, our data shows that 64% of employees still don’t know what accommodations are available or even how to request them. This gap represents a significant opportunity for leaders to drive success and workplace equity.

Join us for a webinar to learn how to empower all employees, including those with apparent and non-apparent disabilities, neurodivergence, chronic illnesses, and caregiving responsibilities, through accommodation and everyday adjustments. During this panel discussion with experts, we’ll dive into:

  • The wide spectrum of workplace accommodations
  • Everyday adjustments that ensure accessibility for everyone
  • Strategies for implementing effective accommodations
  • Overcoming common misconceptions and barriers

Whether you’re a manager, HR professional, or passionate about workplace inclusion, this webinar will equip you with the knowledge and tools to build a more empowering and equitable workplace. You’ll learn how small changes can lead to big improvements in employee satisfaction and your organization’s success.

Our panel includes: Rebecca Warnken from AON; Taylor Rust and Ethan D. Roaldi from Joshin; and Joshin Coach Natasha Grant Holmberg, MNLM, CESP™ (She/Her).
