Coach, Joshin | Director of Employment & Inclusion, First Place
Natasha Grant Holmberg is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and disability inclusion, bringing over a decade of experience in developing employment initiatives for individuals with A/I/DD. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and with autism running in her family, Natasha’s commitment to creating inclusive workplaces is both personal and professional.
As Director of Employment & Community Inclusion at First Place AZ, Natasha spearheads the Be Open + Be Ready initiative, focusing on upskilling job seekers, coaches, and employers in workplace inclusion. Her influence extends to her roles as a board member of the Arizona chapter of the Association of People Supporting Employment (APSE) and a key player in the Arizona Employment First Committee, driving policies for equal employment opportunities.
Natasha holds a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University and is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). Her ongoing pursuit of the Certified Workforce Development Professional credential and accessible design training showcases her commitment to continuous learning.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Natasha is an avid reader, devouring over 100 books in the past year. She finds balance in the company of her three dogs, her husband, best friend and her trusty Kindle. Natasha Grant is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and diverse world for all, one page and one employee at a time.
Director of Strategic Partnerships, Joshin
Taylor Rust is Director of Strategic Partnerships at Joshin, where he focuses on improving disability- and neuro-inclusion in the workplace through partnering with complementary services. Before joining Joshin, Taylor was an HR consultant for over 10 years, advising large employers on the intersection of Total Rewards, Wellbeing, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Taylor holds a BS in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University and an Executive MBA from Brown University and IE University, where he completed a capstone projected focused on improving neurodivergent representation in film and television. Taylor’s passion for neuro-inclusion is rooted in his formal diagnosis with autism and ADHD, which he received in 2021.
Senior Vice President of Health Solutions, AON
Rebecca leads the development of client diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategies and solutions for Aon’s Health Transformation team with a focus on health equity and neurodiversity. In her role, she works with employers across all industries to enhance talent attraction and retention, address diverse workforce needs, and improve population health and wellbeing. Rebecca is actively involved in Aon’s Empowering Abilities business resource group and a member of the Neurodiversity Employment Network in Greater Philadelphia area. She is a passionate advocate for disability and neurodiversity inclusion.
Director of Member Operations, Joshin
Ethan leads member services as the Director of Member Operations at Joshin. After earning his MPA in health management, his career in operations and service delivery has spanned close to a decade of focus in equitable healthcare access and streamlining organizational processes. Ethan’s specialty is in the data driven aspects of problem-solving and evidence-based decision-making, but with an empathetic and “human” approach. Growing up with exposure to family members struggling with chronic illness and neurodiversity, he centers his work on the question “how can we best empower others?”. In his spare time he loves to refurbish antiques, work on cars, and go camping.
