Natasha Grant Holmberg is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and disability inclusion, bringing over a decade of experience in developing employment initiatives for individuals with A/I/DD. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and with autism running in her family, Natasha’s commitment to creating inclusive workplaces is both personal and professional.

As Director of Employment & Community Inclusion at First Place AZ, Natasha spearheads the Be Open + Be Ready initiative, focusing on upskilling job seekers, coaches, and employers in workplace inclusion. Her influence extends to her roles as a board member of the Arizona chapter of the Association of People Supporting Employment (APSE) and a key player in the Arizona Employment First Committee, driving policies for equal employment opportunities.

Natasha holds a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University and is a Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP). Her ongoing pursuit of the Certified Workforce Development Professional credential and accessible design training showcases her commitment to continuous learning.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Natasha is an avid reader, devouring over 100 books in the past year. She finds balance in the company of her three dogs, her husband, best friend and her trusty Kindle. Natasha Grant is dedicated to creating a more inclusive and diverse world for all, one page and one employee at a time.
