It started with Josh.
As children growing up, our big brother Josh had epilepsy and developmental disabilities. Like the 1-in-5 families across the country with disabilities, we continuously struggled to find reliable care and support. We often jumped in and cared for Josh with pride, but knew there had to be a better solution to help families and individuals thrive.
When our big brother suddenly passed away, we wanted to honor the lessons he taught us and the advocacy he instilled to support people with disabilities and neurodivergence. Inspired by his one-of-a-kind sense of humor and love for ‘joshin around’, we created Joshin to make finding and managing all that it takes to live a healthy and happy life a little easier.
