How does Joshin work?
Joshin takes the stress out of finding care and wellbeing support by recruiting, screening, and monitoring care providers on the platform. All you need to do is create your account, build your Care Binder, and start connecting with screened providers. As a Joshin member, you can also post jobs, send unlimited messages, and book care – all in the Joshin app.
Who is my Care Advocate and what do they do?
When you enroll in Joshin, you get connected to a dedicated Care Advocate, your personal guide to all things Joshin. They are with you every step of the way as they find solutions to your care needs and goals. They can help make care provider recommendations, build your Care Binder, post a job, answer questions, and more. They flex to meet your needs, so you get to decide how much or how little you want to communicate with your Care Advocate. They’re available directly in the app whenever you need support.
Who can Joshin support?
Anyone! Joshin is for all ages, disabilities, and needs. We serve individuals managing their own care and wellbeing, as well as dependants such as children, siblings, spouses, and parents. Joshin’s employee support covers in-home caregiving support, respite care, companionship, household support, skill development, nutrition, therapy, and more.
What type of care can I find on Joshin?
We pride ourselves on the diversity of experience we have in our provider network. Whether you are looking for an elder care companion, occasional respite support for an adult with developmental disabilities, therapists, dietitians, or a full-time PCA/CNA-trained provider – you’ll find the right fit on Joshin. You can work with as many care providers as you need, and our providers can care for more than one person at a time, as well. Siblings are welcome too!
